  This was the worst dining room experience we’ve ever had. It was 5:30 when we showed up, it was 7:30 when we left, WITH OUR FOOD TO GO, because they didn’t get it out. We were getting ready to leave without the food and only pay for drinks. They don’t have many of the beers listed on their menu and the service was terrible. We won’t be returning.

  This is me and my Husband's 3rd time being here. The second time was superbowl weekend so I definitely understood but the staff that weekend was very rude. This time, we came in and sat down, taking 15 minutes to get anyone to order our drinks. They rarely came to our table. It is understaffed. One of the servers were sitting and talking to the barkeeper for 5 minutes. They stopped in the backroom and were talking, standing around. We came in and noticed tables around us not cleaned up. Waited 20 minutes until someone came up. My husband ordered the Redbull watermelon smash and she just gave us a redbull which that was a miscommunication so not too much on her. We came in at 6pm. At 8pm we still have not received any food. Not even our appetizer. The tables around us wait even longer and the tables that have food on them STILL have not been cleaned up. The music is quiet loud for a sports bar. I tried to be patient but overall, the management needs to hire more staff and have a better routine..

  Dennis was hands-down the best man I’ve ever met. I love him so much me and my buddy Mark I Was third wheeling on a date with my buddy Mark and Dennis just came right in and took me under his wing. He held me tight and said I will find love too all joke aside. Dennis is so handsome. Thare really is no other reason I go to Buffalo wild wings, other than To see Dennis and his wonderful service and beard in the case of dip is really good

  I ordered online at 3:25, the email said pick-up would be 3:40. I arrived at 3:40 and waited til 4:00 before my food was ready. The fries were cold and soggy, the bone-in wings were cold and over cooked. The only thing that seemed like it was cooked recently were the boneless wings. The quality of the food is not worth the price. I do not recommend eating here.

  God awful service. Waited 1 hour just for the kids meals to come out, 15 minutes later when my wife and I got our food we realized they forgot to add buffalo sauce to my wife's buffalo chicken wrap, I never got my fries or my 2nd drink I ordered, but no worries, they at least tried to charge me for them. Restaurant was half full the whole time, not like they were slammed. Took us 5 minutes just to clean our own table to even sit down because none of the empty ones were cleared. If negative stars were an option I would select that. Our fault for staying I guess.
