  Yikes went in at 520 April 22nd staff wasn't really friendly at all no hi no welcome nothing. The lobby was dead and empty which left me confused why several tables were filthy the drink station area disgusting and sticky like it hadn't been cleaned all day and also all of the pumps for sauces were fully empty. That's how y'all want to present your dining room at dinner time? Yikes. Probably won't be back afraid I'll get sick

  Pretty much the new McDonald's have to check if food is the right order/made correctly.

  At every arbys they are able to replace fries for mozzarella sticks on the kids meal (we go to Arby's alot and upsize the drink but this one. My kids are special needs and are particular about their food. Last time at this one they were able to replace fries for mozzarella sticks but not the drink so I accepted but this time they told me they couldn't even do the mozzarella sticks, I wasn't rude but I just let them know that, the manager got really rude with me, told me she would call her boss let the phone ring a few times and hung up and said "see she just don't care, we can't do it" word for word, I giggled and calmly said ok, no worries I'm just gonna go to another one and she got the biggest stank face on and said with a attitude have a nice day.. iv worked fast food before. I understand that she may not have the knowledge to do it but the attitude was unnecessary, I got one of them too.

  The Customer Service today was terrible. The lids to drinks were out, the sauces were empty, no napkins out. We asked for these items and the lady seemed like it was a problem getting the items for us. Very bad attitude!!
