First order after I waited 1 hr 15 min for a delivery that’s was supposed to be 30-40 min I called and I was told it would be there any minute and would be hot because it’s kept in a hot bag. 1 hr 30 min later I got ice cold pizza, that had clearly been driving around for an hour. Tried again a few months later big mistake! According to my tracker it took them 1 HOUR before they even started baking it. When I called I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. I gave up. Now let’s see how long it takes to bake and actually deliver! IF it gets delivered. Never Again! Shut this place down. 😤

At this point, I'm convinced someone there has a personal vendetta against me as it's the only logical explanation to the adamantly consistent choice to throw my toppings on with the disregard of a toddler raging off of pure sugar and chaos. I thought when I asked for light onions and found myself pulling piles of onions off of each slice, that it was a fluke. A busy night where no one wanted to cook and chose pizza. No. This store just hates me (or all of us) so much that they pretend every day is Opposite Day or decide to give you the toppings they feel you need. Lastly, the choice to never use garlic butter on that Sahara desert crust feels like a premeditated homicidal measure. Added a picture of one of the atrocities received.
