  Ordered online and didn’t receive any sauce. When I asked for some marinara they said they had to charge for the sauce. I let them know we didn’t receive any with our cheese sticks. They said it wasn’t checked in the app, nothing popped up for it to be checked in the app???

  Sat there for 10 minutes and no one said a word to us. No menus nothing but the tables after us got welcomed. Y'all suck!

  Overall an ok experience. The diet cherry limeade tasted like color seltzer and was disappointing but the chicken bites and mozzarella sticks were delicious.

  Went to this Sonic to get lunch for myself & my coworkers. The order was for 4 people but payment was all together and that was including my order. As I was giving my order the girl snapped at me & says "ma'am you're going to have to slow down because youre going way too fast! "in a very rude & snarky tone. I paused for a second in disbelief that she spoke to me like that. I then told her she could have asked me nicely to slow down and that wouldn't be a problem at all. Then I asked her what she had so far so I could precede with the order and she rambled through it so quickly completely contradicting herself as she had just snapped at me for talking too fast.. I asked to see her manager who basically defended her behavior and also told me I did give my order too fast.. She said the girl was a little flustered and having a bad day. We all have bad days but thats no excuse to snap at a customer. I won't be going back to this location atleast not for a while.. Overall I am not happy with the way I was treated.
