  This location doesn't know any other way other than slow. Just 2 medium cherry limeades took over 20 minutes. If it's happy hour why do you have just 1 carhop on duty? I worked as a manager at Sonic before and there is obviously a time to save on labor and a time to have enough people on deck to serve your customers. The way this store is being ran is shameful, and would never fly at the one I worked at. Do better.

  Well sorry boss man but again I was let down by your restaurant in Dothan, AL. I ordered a Strawberry Cheesecake Master Mix Malt and got a Regular Strawberry Malt. Not even a Master Mix just straight Strawberry, the only reason I know this is because my kid got a Regular Strawberry Malt and they tasted and looked just the same. And I make cheesecake delicacies "there was none in it". My son ordered at the tables and I ordered in the car, I ask for a spoon twice and never got one, my son asked for an extra spoon and there was only one. And just the heads up some of the stands could really use an overhaul because Dothan, AL Sonic on Oates is starting to look pretty shabby. I did give it one more try, like you asked me to. 😤😢

  Lord knows this is the SLOWEST SONIC IN TOWN. I sit outside without getting anyone to the speaker for 10 minutes or more EVERYTIME. doesn't matter what time I come in the day it's the exact same service.
