  Placed my order through the app around 6:50 PM., and the app said my pizza would be ready by 7:35 p.m. When I arrived at approximately 7:20 p.m., the young girl taking orders and waiting tables at the front told me that the system is pushing tickets out of order and they can’t explain why. When I asked her, how long would it take? she couldn’t give me an estimate on when my pizza would be ready. I asked her to cancel my order because I thought I’d to go to Papa John’s, but I didn’t want Papa John’s — I wanted Pizza Hut! I then went to my car and called the Pizza Hut on Ross Clark Circle, sitting in the parking lot. Someone else answered the phone because when I went inside to pick up my order, the girl told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. After going inside to pick up my call-in order, they didn’t even have an order for me. The service is horrible! Also, the dining room had five tables that hadn’t been cleaned. I really like Pizza Hut, and I just wish this location would get it together and work on getting its system updated. What should have taken take 30-40 minutes, ended up taking over an hour?

  Today is the first time I've been inside a Pizza Hut in decades. The pizza was hot and fresh, service was great, and the items in the salad bar were cool and crisp. it's hard to beat a fresh hot pizza!

  Yall IDK what all the “Karen’s” below me are talking about but… This is Best Pizza Hut since ever! I placed an app order for two pizzas and some other items and accidentally hit the button for extra sauce on both pizzas, well I’m the type guy I actually only like it light sauce and I thought I pressed light sauce but obviously my big fat fingers couldn’t manage to do it correctly. I didn’t review things before I made the purchase, but Francesca was on point. She gave me a call within moments after submitting the order and asked to verify if I was sure I wanted extra heavy sauce. My only reply was my gosh absolutely not. You’re the star of the show here because my order would’ve been really messed up and it would’ve been my own fault. Thank you Pizza Hut for employing, competent, caring people.

  My Parents and I decided to go to this location for lunch today. The store looked great, completely remodeled on the inside and out. The staff seated us promptly and we got our drinks. We ordered what we used to always order in the days of the red roof, breadsticks and a PAN pizza with sausage and pepperoni. I can happily say they nailed it. Food was hot and fresh, the pizza was cooked perfectly and perfectly crispy. Bonus points for bringing back the buffet on weekdays. I hope they can continue the high quality experience we got today. I can't vouch for carryout or delivery but the dine in experience was simply the best at Pizza Hut i have had in years. Bring back the red cups :)
