  Terrible customer service. Your manager is crap. She treated my child like she was crap she only 11 she had the order pulled up on the phone my daughter wanted to get it on her own she is trying to be independent for anyone saying y did u send her in to the McDonald's with out you they still wouldn't give it to her Then turn around I come in . And ask for the two drinks I ordered for me and The lady had an attitude over it. I asked her why she didn't give my daughter the drink. She said they did bc they probably deleted them right as soon as they popped up and she had an attitude with me over it. she said she didn't have time for that I didn't have time for her to be rude to me either. And I'm not the only one. She was rude with. Would not recommend this McDonald's whatsoever

  The most unprofessional and terrible customer service. Worst McDonald’s in Dothan. Both ladies at drive thru window are always very rude. One doesn’t even speak or look at you just mean mugs and practically throws food at you. Terrible experience

  The staff here is poorly trained. Half of the people taking your order don't know there own menu and when they make a mistake and you ask them to change it at the first window the tell you they can't.

  Do not eat at this location we went to eat there tonight n the cashier was rude and disrespectful and you don’t treat customers that way I'm sorry that just wrong ya’ll also the food was good but it was cold we won’t be back at this location again
