- DPDavid Pollard2 days ago1.0We ordered 2 large Frappes and got 3/4 full. We said something to them about it and was told “that’s just the way it is”. Tried posting pictures but google isn’t letting us post them
- DIDavid Sims II3 days ago1.0The location was filthy. Took 20+ minutes to get our food, only after the staff kept asking everyone for their order number. And even after that, they are still messing up the orders. Tons of staff just standing around and staring at people. A cashier decided to step in and started slinging orders out. Kudos to this young man. Otherwise, one of the worst visits to a McDonald's ever.

I can’t believe how stupid I am for coming here and getting treated with a nasty attitude. I’m tired of this crap! Every location this franchise owns in Dothan has employees with bad attitudes towards customers but they’re so playful with each other, last time I came to this location at night everyone was waiting for their food in the lobby and the employees were having a blast cutting it up with each other. The saddest part is that this review will do absolutely nothing about this issue. They will literally hire anyone, you only need to have a pulse and you are hired!

Im talking completely raw burgers, nuggets that tasted like they were stepped on and fries that were so overdone and stale you would think they had been sitting in the sun for two weeks. Today my fries weren't even edible. I had to throw them all away because even my dog wouldn't touch them. The best part is that there is no customer service team that is willing to help you, they just give you more of their inedible food.
