  Very..typical. great fries..burgers..cokes and shakes. They do have diet Dr Pepper!

  Poor management! Did an online order she said card was declined and I had proof it clearly was not. She said there was nothing she could do "then why are you the manager?"

  I went thru the drive thru , order # 1317 before proceeding to place my order, I gave my 15% off rewards code from my McDonald's app to the drive thru order taker , my rewards code was not applied to my order total after reviewing my receipt, I showed my receipt to the manager, she stated , im sorry mam, she said after its cashed out it can not be applied,then I was told to pull up to curbside number 3 , to wait on fries, after waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes, I walked inside to pick up my food, once inside the lobby , the girl came up to me from coming back from walking back from the parking lot and asked if I was waiting for food from the drive thru, I said yes and I took my food and left, the fries were not good after waiting being pulled up for 10 to 15 minutes, my fries were all in the bottom of the bag , Really!!this will be my last trip to this McDonald's location, the manager and employees could care less about customer service, and the food is not worth the long wait, or the price or value of the food at this location, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!
