I was told they was waiting on the empanadas and potatoes I ordered and I was asked to pull to the front they would be out soon. So I get my drink and pull around, where there were literally 4 other vehicles parked waiting on food, I personally waited in the parking lot for 15mins, others had already been waiting and became impatient, getting out of their vehicles, looking into the windows, annoyed, as they should have been!! My order contained 1 burrito, 1 fiesta potatoes, 1 small drink and 2 empanadas.. 15mins seemed WILD to me. Not to mention the lack of care and unprofessionalism from the guy that was working the window. I know drive out of my way to the location on South Oates because they are nicer, never mess the order up, and I'm never waiting 15mins in a sketchy dark parking lot for 5 items.
