  Love the bell but there help has to be S. L. D people. They act like they don't know how to do their jobs. They look at the customer like there the problem not them

  TIME/DATE OF INCIDENT: 12:00am - 12:40am 12-12-25 Did a app order shortly after 12:00. I go to the drive-thru, an employee tells me there's no order. I try to place the order again on my phone and the app tells me the store is closing soon and the order would not process. By now it's around 12:30ish I believe. Employee I spoke with at the drive-thru would not price match the app items either when I asked, and claimed he has no way to price match which I know is false because any retail and restaurant can price match an item within reason. I personally done this myself with past jobs and I mentioned all this to him kindly. Middle of conversation, he switched me over to another employee which wasn't necessary and threw me off. Then he came back into the conversation and his tone is slowly beginning to sound rude and disrespectful as I've been patient and calm the entire time ask him questions on why he's refusing to price match an app issue that's out of my control. I mentioned to him that I resent his tone, and he smart mouths back by quoting "I'M SORRY YOU FEEL THAT WAY". .... That's unacceptable! By then, I have given up and refused to move forward with an order. Regardless, you don't talk to customers that way and you don't talk to your elders that way either.

  I had one of the most disappointing drive-thru experiences tonight at this Taco Bell. After being told to wait 10 minutes before they could even take my order, I then spent another 15 minutes in the drive-thru (with only two cars ahead of me). I understand being busy—no problem there—but the service I received afterward was unacceptable. I ordered a Mountain Dew with light ice, but the cup was missing nearly two inches of drink. It genuinely looked like someone had taken a few gulps before handing it to me. If I’m asking for light ice, I shouldn’t be losing drink. It also took an unusually long time for them to give me my change, and to top things off, the middle-aged African American woman (didn’t catch her name) was extremely rude. She told me, “Your time’s up, you gotta go,” as if any of the delays were in my control. I’m new to Dothan, and everywhere else I’ve been so far, people have been friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. This was by far my worst Taco Bell experience. If you’re looking for food after 9:30 PM, do yourself a favor—skip this location and save your money.
