  Couldn't use my coupon the get a turkey footlong for $6.99 because she said it wasn't in their system. My coupon expires 2/6/26. Why is subway coupons not in their system? Was told I could get the $8.99 meal coupon. That did not make sense to me. The sub was great! Bread was thick compared to the little bit of food inside. All the toppings looked fresh. Footlong chocolate chip cookie was tasty as well. Store was clean . Bathroom was clean.

  The service I got on the evening of 12-23-25 made the food and the atmosphere horrendous. She took the money off my gift card and refused to use it and then took money off my VISA and didn't want to make the sandwhich and was RUDE. Additionally she told me I can't complain to her boss. I"m OUT my gift card!!!!

  I did not have a good experience there was a young African American woman who was rude and told her team member to hurry up and get me out of the store because I asked that they wipe off the knife that they pack the sandwich with because last time I got sick behind it because the sanitizer pretty much was leaking in my sandwich. And I usually would do a survey but it wasn’t an option given for one and I know everyone has a moment but being rude to a guest/customer is not exceptional and I don’t take it lightly. Especially if we are spending $20 or more on the food and product.
