  I was ordering 4 foot longs , so ask the cashier if she could make sure all the bread was not burnt anywhere and fresh and the store manager or opening cashier went ballistic hollering and saying they all fresh , I just made them what you want . I didn’t respond I told her to put the bread back and let my daughter get hers . So embarrassing to go to an establishment where they obviously hate there job and then they hollering at you because you want what you want .

  The two counter workers did not acknowledge us at all, barely looked at us during the order. The attitude was very poor. We had to repeat the order 3 times because he clearly wasn't paying attention. he mis labeled or order so we were over charged and then after we said something they were very obviously and loudly complaining about us, to each other, as we were getting our drinks. Terrible customer service. Try one of the other subways in town, avoid this location.

  I ordered through the subway app. I went in to pick up the sandwich and the employee said he didn’t have the ingredients to make the sandwich. He said he informed his manager 4 hours prior and she did nothing. I asked for a refund and he said he couldn’t give me a refund. He gave me a phone number to call. This happened on a Thursday. It’s now Saturday no one has answered my calls. I left messages and no one has called me back. Still no sandwich and no refund. This is disgusting!

  The workers are but the manager is terrible. She came in while they had at least two people in line and yelled at them about not 'getting off her clock early enough'. She even went as far as to tell a customer very rudely that her coupons could not be used on certain items 😔
