We both wanted another drink, and my steak was cooked wrong from the start, but nobody bothered to ask or even look our way. What really set me off was watching FOUR servers, a bartender, the kitchen manager, and the store manager all standing around at the end of the bar laughing and talking about a Sharpie, while we sat there waiting… along with the only five other customers in the entire restaurant. They looked right at us and still did nothing. There is absolutely no excuse for that kind of laziness and disregard for customers. We’ve chosen this restaurant numerous times before, but after tonight, never again.
