My wife went to pick it up an they had her place a new order and pay . She gets back with 1 dozen only of mixed donuts and the receipt where she was charged again. It's about a 20 minute drive but I sent her back to return that order and I told her to cancel the entire order. They refused to refund the order and they gave her one of the other dozen from my order. She told them that I didn't want either order because of there mistake and a hour and a half of driving. The order I placed an paid for was 19 an some change. The order she received and paid for was 16 an some change. They didn't give her the 2 dollar dozen that I paid for. These people are rude and they are crooks. They bullied my wife into leaving leaving with the 2 dozen that were paid for but not the dozen that was 2 dollars that was also paid for. So I'm out 36 dollars for now. I'm sure I'm not the only person this has happened to. Crooks and scammers. They treat customers like trash and they are extremely rude. Check your order before leaving because they will not fix their mistakes.

They need to take down the ads for the Halloween donuts if they never have them we have gone 3 times this week for them and they don't have any. The reason they put on the refund was customer didn't want it no we wanted the donuts but the Halloween ones not the original donuts. The worst place ever plus they were going to give me other ones and I would have lost money bc the boo dounts cost more the the original donuts. It's a shame won't go back worst experience I have had with a Krispy Kreme 😒
