Don't give this DQ your business! The company needs to look into its franchise owners. Chastising employees in front of customers repeatedly is not a good look! Bad attitudes.
Also, charging more for items or saying "out of stock" to upcharge is deceitful and unethical and just wrong.

Tried ordering a small cake that he told me was available. Was not a good experience. Was told to call back & did that then they wouldn’t simply write on a cake and let me pick it up but said I could come in and do it even when I offered to prepay for it over the phone then pick up…

Served me a blizard that was previoisly made and put to the side. Blizzard was barely cold and tasted sour!!! Owner Saved some money but lost a customer for good...
