Did a self pickup and waited about 15 mins after arriving. 25 mins from the time I put my order in finally just asked to cancel it. The worst experience in a fast food restaurant in awhile. Sucks bc they have good food. The people weren’t rude either just no sense of urgency and seemed very disorganized.

The biscuits were incredible (I told people the best biscuits!) and service was incredibly fast. I stopped going about 6 months ago. The biscuits changed the service slowed down. I tried it again today. Terrible biscuits and incredibly slow service. 25 minutes for biscuits! I won’t be stopping by here for a long time again.
