  First: the service. Oh my gosh, they are friendly and very helpful. And when we had our dog with us they flocked to our car and asked if we wanted a pup cup. Our NewShep was ecstatic over the attention. Second: my large chiller looks like a big gulp! And the price was VERY reasonable. I’m very impressed with the quality of their drinks. Their 7 Fizz ‘butterbeer’ (Google how to order it) was AMAZING!! I got a small because I wasn’t sure if I’d like it and I didn’t photograph it— I regret both. I’m going back for it. And soon. And third: I’m just going to say it…. I like them better than Starbucks. Better price, bigger cups, and not saturated in sugar the way the other is. They’re worth trying!!!

  Well, reading the last few people’s reviews I don’t feel so bad. The wife wanted a coffee so during my lunch break, I went and got her one. The music was way too loud. All the employees were in the back doing TikTok dance moves, not paying attention. And I told the little fella twice that I needed a salted caramel iced coffee. Got upfront and he got it wrong. How do you get that wrong?!!?? It blew my mind! But the girl handed me the coffee was super Nice and professional. I think the owners need to take a good look at their atmosphere. They hired and fix it.

  We were rushed through the line even when there was only one other car behind us, the music was so loud that they couldn't even hear us correctly and said the wrong flavor back to us 3 times!!!! I ordered a raspberry coconut latte with oatmilk and it was bitter and unsweetened. I've definitely had better coffee at locally owned spots in Dothan.

  I’ve been trying to hop on the bandwagon on 7brew drinks, but honestly the coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee. It tasted like watered down milk to me. The milkshakes were okay, but nothing to brag home about. The service is a fast pace environment, but it was rushed. I felt more so of an inconvenience than a paying customer. Also, I asked for no ice/light ice on 2 of my beverages due to me having a far drive. I did not get that and when I mentioned it, it was more of an annoyance.

  I have tried multiple 7Brew locations and every single one can’t deliver on their coffee or energy infusions. I keep trying it due to the hype around the brand but I don’t see why it’s popular. They have a La Marzocco espresso machine that they somehow can’t dial to make good tasting shots. Their drinks taste like pure milk even when made with extra shots of espresso. Their energy infusions taste watered down. If you like 7Brew I’ve come to the conclusion you like coffee flavored milk and want an excuse to drink a ton of sugar in the morning claiming it’s “coffee.” Although Starbucks is also a hyped brand, I’ve found them to be much more consistent. I would much rather get better coffee, service, and save myself the 20 minutes 7Brew made me wait.
