  I’ll start by saying this — Dunkin’ in Dothan isn’t bad, but it’s definitely… an experience. The food and coffee can be really good when it’s made right, but it’s kind of hit or miss. Some days everything is perfect, fresh, and exactly how you ordered it… and other days, not so much. Honestly, it really depends on who’s working. The service and quality can vary quite a bit from visit to visit, which makes it a little unpredictable. It’s still a convenient spot but just know you might be playing a little morning roulette with how your order (and your mood 😂) is going to start your day. Not a bad place overall — just go in with the right expectations lol.

  Great team work! Appreciate you all working g on a holiday! That coffee, kept me alert and made my 5 hour drive easy.

  I arrived a few moments after they opened and no one would wait on me in the driveway thru. I left and got a coffee at Love's in Ozark. The visit before that I had to wait an extended amount of time for a latte. I pulled ahead and they kept bringing me other people's orders. I have stopped going to Dunkin as a result.

  I ordered a large black cold brew and was asked if I wanted it “hot”. I reiterated I wanted a cold brew black and was served hot coffee diluted with water and ice that looked like weak tea and tasted exactly the way you’d expect it to. Also, I wasn’t given a straw. Do not come here.
