- RSRandy SimmonsMar 29, 20261.0Very disappointing experience when I ate at Chipolte, Dothan AL last night. I ordered a buritto bowl and they were skimpy with all the toppings we asked for. The lettuce was turning brown and when we brought it to the server's attention, she attempted to dig to the bottom and tried to find some green lettuce--totally unacceptable. Instead of offering to get some fresh lettuce, she replied I'm sorry. I wasn't watching when they put my chicken in the bowel because I was looking at the other toppings. To our surprise when we started eating this half full burrito bowl, there were maybe 2 ounces of chicken. I have eaten at different Chipotles before and always received a fresh and plentiful meal. We have always taken leftovers home when sharing a bowel there. Last night we went home and surfed the refrigerator to quench our hunger.

Just two naked tortillas and I get to make it at home for my 1-year old. I can make a quesadilla, that’s not the issue. The issue is that I paid these people to do it and they can’t even get this right. Every. Single. Time. Something is always wrong with the simplest orders. If you pick up your order through the drive though, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR FOOD AT THEIR WINDOW ALWAYS
