- ERErik Ruether3 days ago1.0Absolutely terrible. Service was shit. My dad and I ordered. My order came out first. My dad’s came out 20 minutes later. They were not busy. There was 1 other person besides us and no one was in the drive thru. The food was bad quality. The chicken tenders were tiny and overcooked. The fries were tiny. Just awful all around.

On the second visit, the fries seemed to be sitting in old oil and were not seasoned. Food temperature was room temperature. Bojangles is one of my favorite fast food places, so this was a surprising experience.

She was snappy when taking our order and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. On top of that, we didn’t even receive the BBQ sauce that my husband paid for. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not get it, especially when the service was already unpleasant. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and this visit missed the mark on both. I hope management addresses this, because no one wants to feel like they’re bothering someone just by placing an order.
