  Literally waited 30 minutes for my food. Came in around 3:30 and only got our order started because we mentioned wanting a refund, we left the building at 4:15. They were only focusing on Drive Thru, Door Dash, and Pick Up orders.

  Took 15 minutes to get someone to take our order that was wrong. The two customers behind me went ahead and left. They did finally make my order right after another 5 minutes standing at the counter. Food was thrown together but cooked properly.

  I made the mistake of taking two doordash orders, both of the orders being weeks apart each time. I have waited 20 minutes for orders that I was told was ready for pickup before I even got there. Come to find out they lost them one of the orders. The second one kept telling me in a minute in a minute in a minute while they went back to conversating to whoever else they knew that was hanging around. Horrible customer service. Super slow with so much food being slung around in that kitchen. I don't understand why there's so many people always waiting on their food for so long

  I avoid this place like the plague, everytime I come here through the drive thru it’s a 25-30 minute wait. Everytime I go inside they’re more busy gossiping than working. 0/10 and needs an overhaul.

  Rude. Employees scream at each other. Waited over 30 mins and can’t refund me. I had to call corporate. This place needs to be shut down, especially based on all these reviews. Absolutely ridiculous!! Manager was terrible to her employees and paying customers.
