  Food was cold and they took for ever to bring it to me. I asked for sauce for my fries and the lady had an attitude.

  The staff at the Sonic are amazing - so friendly! They're the reason I keep coming back, even when I get extremely frustrated at the app not working (but the app has actually gotten so much better recently...)! :-)

  DO NOT EAT AT THIS SONIC! They left out half of my food and refused to make it right because it was 11:59p. The manager refused to give me my money back or my food. She even refused to give me her name and hung up on me. If it were up to me she wouldn't have a job tomorrow. This restaurant would benefit from customer service training.

  I came out tonight to try the new double bacon smasher and the food was fresh and hot and the tots were well salted. customer service was definitely five out of five stars.
