  No matter what they can't get it right.They gave me the wrong order and it was tol late to turn around. Food cold or missing items the other day he gave me my coffee and said have a nice day! I said where is my food?

  This McDonald’s blows as much as my brother bathroom break he took here. Me and my family were on a road trip and stopped here for a quick dump and maybe a snack. I go use the restroom along with my brother. He occupied the stall. I finished, walked out and decided I would like a snack to fuel my long adventure ahead of me. I used a fries and drink deal on the app and tried to use the kiosk as all of the workers were back in the kitchen making a ruckus. The kiosk ended up freezing but it took my code so I couldn’t do anything. I get a call from my brother. He has no toilet paper in the stall and needs me to get some. I go up to the counter but the workers are arguing about who should get employee of the month. I thought this was very amusing as I wasn’t getting helped after saying hello and excuse me multiple times. I walked past the counter and right next to a woman who looked like the manager. I said hi I got 2 problems. 1. There’s no toilet paper. She said yeah there isn’t any toilet paper. I said okay can we get some to fill it back up? She said no there’s no toilet paper. I said alright well 2. The kiosk is broken and I want to use my code. She took my code and I paid. She gave me a cup and receipt and while I waited I grabbed multiple napkins and ran to the bathroom to slide them under the stall to my brother. I leave the bathroom and go back and my fries were on the counter. I grab the bag, and go to fill up my cup. I was super excited for my Dr Pepper. I filled it up and it tasted like sugar, water, and metal. I was in utter disbelief. I thought maybe they would have decent soda. I filled it up with coke, same thing. Filled it up with sprite, and it was sub par but we had to get going so it had to do. I got back into the car and ate my fries. They were honestly delicious. Golden, salty, and crunchy sticks of goodness. Not sure how they nailed that one. What they lack in working kiosks, toilet paper, and customer service, they make up for in their fries. If anybody is getting that employee of the month, it’s the dude manning the fryer. They better not give it to the goofball that told me there was no toilet paper 3 times like my brother’s unwiped bottom wasn’t dirty. 1 star but the fries were kinda yummy.

  Will not be back to this location. Order was wrong for the third time in a row. This morning, after 30 minutes in the drive thru, curbside, and then having to go inside...still left without the correct order and paid for the privilege of doing it. No apology. Ownership and management of this location should really take a hard look at what they're doing here - because it sure has nothing to do with customer service, speediness or accuracy.

  Waited in one lane of the drive thru while 4 cars got helped and I sat there waiting for someone to help me. Didn’t get apologized to, just told to be patient and that there are 2 people taking orders…clearly only one was taking orders. Had to go around the building into the other lane just to get helped. You’d be annoyed too to watch multiple cars getting helped while you sit there and waited and someone just tells you to be patient and not apologize once. Usually this place is good but not always and today was just frustrating.

  Alyssa the GM at this location is very rude . You can tell she can not handle the atmosphere when it gets busy. She was over loaded rude service to customers and an employee was needing help she was willing told them they will just have to wait ! I will continue to report her till something is done about this lady she shouldn’t be working with the public and when I told her I will be calling about this she was smart mouthing the whole time I was walking out the door !
