  Quick Take: First time being talked down to by a manager at this location. Not feeling like I will be back to this location because of it. Explanation: Visited on morning of 3/22/26. Management experience from 1:30pm that sane day. Got a black coffee and a hot Cafe Mocha. Window handed me a black coffee and attempted to hand me a frozen drink when I mentioned it was supposed to be hot. We realized that the order was put in wrong. No biggie, I pulled forward and waited. Dropped the Cafe Mocha at home to my wife and I went to church. Wife texted and said it doesn’t taste like the normal Cafe Mocha, just like a black coffee with cream (not whipped cream.) After church, I stopped by since it was on my way home to explain how it didn’t taste good..maybe something happened with the order mix-up. The manager said it was impossible to mess up the drink because it was a new machine. She asked where the drink was and said I should have called and brought the drink back so they could look at it. I explained I dropped it at home. She proceeded to accuse that I just wanted a free drink and she wouldn’t replace the coffee because I drank the other one. The whole time with a snarky chuckle and laugh. I tried telling her I didn’t drink it but she cut me off asking “Well, where is it?!” My blood really started to boil but I just left rather than make a scene over a coffee and decided Ib just wouldn’t come back to this location.

  There is this young African American girl that works at the cashier and she literally lies about how much I have to pay and when I told her the original price she goes on ahead and said that was the price she said at the beginning thinking I am dumb, not sure her name but she definitely works on Monday around 6-9 not sure

  I always order a caramel frappe with heavy caramel (up to $4 worth) and they still refuse to give it to me, even after i paid for it...I. lookig to have something done aboutit cause that is taking my money and not getting what i paid for...the workers have nasty attitude and roll they eyes and be smart to u....what i am gone do is go back and record everything then take it str8 to the media and etc. Count your says mcdonalds....and im calling the health dept. Cause why r yall like this

  Dropped my card and the drive thru cashier climbed out and got it for me. Such a big help and good customer service!
