Wow,wow, wow. I have never had a bad experience at five guys before until now. After putting in my order I waited approximately 15 minutes to get my food. There were several employees just standing around, seemingly waiting on the grill guy to come from the back. Once he came from the back everyone scrambled to make my food. To be clear this was the 1pm hour on a week day. There were no other orders being prepared while I waited. I get they get breaks and all, but what I don't get is three employees standing awkwardly while someone else is busy. Then when I get the food, the patties were the smallest meat I've ever recieved from five guys. It was similar to a McDonald's double cheeseburger meat. And I'm guessing because it's so thin, the meat was overcooked with the outside charred and the patty was dry. This grieves my soul as now one of the last good burger places has died. No wonder there was noone in there during lunch time. Sad sad day.
