  Heather and Cheyenne are absolutely amazing! I had a mishap with a Door Dash order and these two ladies were more than accommodating and kind. I will certainly be back!

  This place has gone downhill in a serious way. No greeting, just a cold stare from the guy at the cash register. Completely empty of customers at lunchtime last Thursday. Manager eating the whole time and never looked up from her food. My sandwich was good, but I felt unwelcome. Regrettable.

  DO NOT EAT HERE! 4 STARS IS INFLATED! I ordered a sub that had cheddar and added provolone cheese, they left off the provolone that I paid like $5 after fees and taxes because it was one of their gargantuan subs. It's not the first time I've ordered a sub and it was incorrect. It would be understandable if this was a cheap sub BUT THEY ARE SUPER EXPENSIVE. How hard is it to add ONE cheese???? It's just ONE extra step, I checked my receipt and I was definitely charged for it. If they try to say it's on there I just don't see it..... Lord, have mercy. I dug through the entire thing and didn't see any (I'll add pictures). I also added and extra meat ($5) and it's pretty much not there with with the 4 paper thin slices I got that are the thinnest setting at a deli counter. I JUST LOOKED AGAIN TO CONFIRM AND THEY ALSO LEFT OFF THE ONION(s)! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION ORDER FROM ANYWHERE ELSE! Buy loaf bread and pre cut slices from Publix and you can make a better sub/ Sandwich than from Decatur Jimmy John's for less money! The people working here should be ashamed to rip people off like this. How much effort can it really take to make sure you put an extra piece of cheese and onions that should already be there on a sub?

  I ordered a sub and asked for it a hot sub. The sub was cold and the bread was so hard it really wasn't editable. No flavor!! Meat, mayo, tomato and cheese. You guys need to take a lesson from Subway or close your doors. Your food is not good at all!
