I am personally choosing not to support a place of business that accepts that behavior. I wish the best of luck to all younger employees in a similar situation and want to say you can find better.

In my personal experience, his behavior was shockingly unprofessional. The way he spoke to his employees was completely out of line and honestly hard to watch. It came across as disrespectful, dismissive, and totally unacceptable for someone in a leadership position. The environment he created felt tense and uncomfortable, and it was obvious to me that his attitude was dragging down both the staff and the customer experience. I’ve never seen a manager handle things this poorly, and it left a terrible impression of this location as a whole. Dunkin’ seriously needs to address this kind of behavior, because no customer or employee should have to deal with that. ZERO STARS
