- JLJareece LaneMar 12, 20261.0I ordered food online for pickup. My food wasn’t ready at pickup time. No problem, afterall I wanted hot and fresh pizza! Got home to a completely wrong order! I called to let them know, and after waiting 10mins for someone to NEVER answer; I stayed on hold and had someone else try to call. I stayed on the phone for at least 15/20mis. No one answered either of our calls. I arrived at the store and they made it seem like they were shocked their phones were off. The worker look at my receipt and then checked the boxes and said “yeah that’s definitely not the right thing.” Nothing was done to accommodate the mistake on their behalf, not a free pizza, a store credit, NOTHING. Please make sure to check your food before leaving!
