There were multiple employees standing around while over 10 people were waiting in the pickup area, which is just unacceptable. It didn’t feel like a staffing issue—it felt like a lack of organization and urgency. Chick-fil-A is usually known for being efficient and well-run, so this was really disappointing. I’ll still come back because I enjoy the food, but this location seriously needs better management and flow during busy times.

On a slow day it’s just fine but busier moments I’m always missing a meal or waiting ridiculously long. Hoping for some change and updating training to take place so it is genuinely a pleasure to see these lovely people!

Ended up walking up to ask where our order was after watching a dozen cars go by to find our order sitting on the counter. Ms. Gumpypants hands us our order and walks away. Get back to the car to find we are missing 2 of our meals... as a former manager of Chikfila, straight up disappointed.
