  We stood in line for over ten minutes while they were making online orders but couldn't even bother to acknowledge our presence. When we finally did get to order the older lady told my mother "pay attention" as she was helping my elderly grandfather with his ordering as he's hard of hearing. Please get rid of her and hire someone who wants to be there. We are paying customers who deserve respect

  I stopped at the Subway on Dauphin Island while passing through because I was hungry and needed a quick snack. The place was pretty busy — even a police officer was there getting lunch — but despite the crowd, the service was excellent. There was only one employee working the Subway section inside the gas station, and she was incredibly fast, reliable, and efficient. She kept the line moving quickly, and everyone seemed satisfied with how smoothly things were going. I was truly impressed with how well she handled the rush all by herself. The food was good, the customer service was great, and the wait time was much shorter than expected. So if you’re passing through and you see a line, don’t worry — it moves fast. It’s a great spot to grab a quick and tasty sub on the go.

  May want to review safe food handling with Jackie because she burned through 3 customers, handling cash and all, while making the sandwich I'm throwing away. Get it together 🙄🙄🙄🙄 I asked for spicy mustard and she mistakingly put yellow mustard on it. Instead of wiping it off she just layered spicy mustard on top. I want my money back....
