  Food was hot, service was a little slow cause it was it was packed. The atmosphere was great it was a lady who came by checking to make sure everything was alright. Id def go back if in the area

  I came in and ordered my food at 8:58 PM on the take out terminal. Around 9:20 I asked the front counter person if he knew how long my food would be taking. He said “they were working on it”. After asking again at 9:30 he said they didn’t have the order in the kitchen and that he didn’t know what happened to it, even though I paid for my meal already with my receipt and table number that I typed into the system to let them know what order I had. He questioned if I even order and I had to show him my bank statement. He finally had to re ring the order and get it started at 9:34, almost 30 mins after waiting. Every time I come to this location, it always takes an insanely long amount of time to get my food even though this stupid place is labeled as “fast food”. After waiting almost 45 minutes, I finally got my food at 9:41 PM. The proper thing would have been to give me a refund for how long I had to wait for a 3 piece chicken strip meal and a steakhouse double meal on a slow Sunday night. Absolutely horrible service and business

  Food is always hot, fresh and made just the way I like it. The restaurant is clean, and while the entire staff is wonderful, Ms. Michelle at the front counter deserves special recognition for always, and I mean always, welcoming everyone as if they are family.

  The food was great but don't recommend going through drive through on a motorcycle for some reason we sat at the second ordering spot and never got our order in 3 cars went ahead of us so we was thinking maybe we was in the wrong line so we drove to the first drive through and they was taking the car behind us in the 2nd drive through after the car behind him got their order in we decided to drive up to window and ask the woman why we was skipped 5 vehicles got their orders before us. She apologized of course but the delicious burgers wasn't worth the experience if I added up the hour wait and price of a very late dinner. Maybe don't go here after midnight

  Best Whataburger I have ever been to in my life. The gravy was perfect. Seriously not clumpy nor watery. The food was perfect and perfectly cooked. The people working there so kind and friendly and fast. The establishment itself is extremely nice and clean. Got the whole order correct from a mobile order which is rare. I went here on my way back home. Definitely worth the 30 min drive to go back. Definitely recommend the Patty melt on a large bun add mayo.
