Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- GGGrace4 days ago5.0I am considered a regular at my local whataburger, and they make me feel so special and appreciated. The other whataburgers in the area seem to not want me to be there it is kinda off putting so I never went back to the newer locations after a few times. I love my regular whatabuger, I go there with my friends all the time after work and hearing them say hello to me is just so welcoming. Jasmine especially takes care of me as a customer, she is alaway so sweet and goes out of her way to help. Ill definitely keep returning back :)

Afterwards she came to our table and asked how things were. She took our leftover tray to dispose of it. What a fine employee.

Food came out super quick as this is not the norm for this location but the food is always hot and delicious when we get home. Husband ordered our food and its a 6 min drive home. Normally always hot and delicious. NOT TODAY. This food was cold and old. It wasn't made the way we asked and the fries were cold. It was literally like this food was made hours prior and thrown in a bag for us. For how much your fast food costs we expect better. The Burger King my husband got my other child was still warmer and he got it before he went to Whataburger.
