- JJJaneMar 28, 20261.0I’ve always loved Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but recently I’ve had several disappointing experiences. The drive-thru has become very frustrating, wait times are consistently long. I only get a 30-minute break, and when I choose to eat here, I’m often left with just a few minutes to try and finish a wrap and smoothie before going back to work. On top of that, the wraps are frequently falling apart and difficult to eat, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Tonight was especially disappointing, after waiting in the drive-thru for over 25 minutes, I realized after leaving that I was given the wrong smoothie. I’m really disappointed because I used to enjoy coming here, but lately the quality and service haven’t matched what I’ve always loved :/
