  2pm on a Tuesday not a car in the parking lot, I’m on a work call so I go the drive thru to place an order for a personal pan pizza. Lady at the window says we normally don’t take orders at the window. You have absolutely no business right now….its not a lunch or dinner rush so why do you feel it necessary to tell me that at the beginning of my order. I started to order and then said never mind. Needless to say I will not be returning to that Pizza Hut Location. There are better ways to go about things, maybe take the order first and on pickup say the window is generally for pickups only or hey here’s an idea put a sign up that says pick up only!

  When ever I'm visiting my family in this town I always stop at this location least once during my visit to get pizza for the fam. Angel was helpful and informative and had a smile the whole time during the transaction. I will definitely be back my next visit. Keep up the great work!!!

  Most horrible customer service. Tried 2 different times. 1st time said order was delivered. No delivery. I had to call back and was told they gave it to Door Dash. I didn't order through Door Dash. They then had to send a person that worked for Pizza Hut to deliver a new cooked order. Skip to today. I ordered 2 pizzas and cheese sticks via the Pizza Hut App. No notification was on the app or notification it was going to be delivered via Door Dash. My order said delivered, but was never delivered. I called the restaurant and was told that the Door Dash driver tried to call and text me. I received no call or text. I verified that my number was correct and was on a conference call with Pizza Hut and Door Dash confirming this. I called again and then had to go pick up my order and was told not to ever order from that Pizza Hut again. Trust me I will NOT. WHEN YOU ORDER THROUGH THE RESTAURANT YOU EXPECT IT TO BE DELIVERED VIA THAT RESTAURANT, or at least let you know.
