Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Many customers praised the friendly and helpful staff, highlighting individual employees for their excellent service.

First of all, they usually tape your receipt to the bag, i didnt get a reciept, They got my order wrong. So I took a picture of it and went back to try and get my food, and they lady at the window was i assume a manager from the black clothing. Acted cocky and blew me off said I didnt have a ticket and she didnt see me come through and slammed the slide door in my face. What is wrong with this state, almost every place I've been too...

Worst place ever workers standing around at the order station asked if I could order here. They stated you could order at kiosk which half assed worked. All while workers playing on their phones instead of helping customer. I work in customer service so I understand behavior like this is unacceptable

Salih is very motivated and is an excellent ambassador, he made sure all customers were taken care of. I would definitely come back to this store when I'm in the area. The food was very delicious and everything was properly prepared as requested and delivered in a timely manner. The restaurant was very clean and tables were cleared off quickly

I am posting this to share the experience conveyed to me by an elderly man taking his mother to doctor then trying to get food needed for medication. He said “they put in a kiosk and no one would help us”
I am tech savvy but do not use kiosks by choice. He could have had an emergency as he is diabetic and food is important and confusion a symptom when sugar levels are imbalanced. Your business needs to have a trained employee whose job is to help people navigate your menu access changes or just to help anyone needing help with the kiosk. Better yet just don’t use them.
If I don’t get a helpful person I don’t spend money with that company. Example I have not shopped with McDonald’s in over a year reason kiosks.
I look for a small business with people working. Investing in people that do a job well is still better than machines. Go to vending machines if running a restaurant is too much effort.
Would love to share a great experience about great food as the chain has been a favorite. Unfortunately no one ate because no one would help a 60 yo man and an 80+ year old woman order food.
