Only stopped at this location once so I don't have a lot of input but the lady that waited on me was wonderful. All I ordered was a large drink and she didn't charge me for it. She didn't know what I was going through, on my way to a funeral of a very close loved one so I was a mess. She made my day a little better with her kindness.

I did not know you could wear flip flops in a kitchen atmosphere. They were in what I would call sweatpants and it was very nonchalant about being there at all. I would like to know if hairnets or hats are still required as well. There was none at all.

Terrible staff. No sense of urgency with anything. All I witnessed was employees laughing and cutting up not tending to their actual jobs. They don't even greet you or ask you how's your day, nor do they thank you for keeping the lights on in their establishment by doing business there. The employees literally just look at you and go on about their business without acknowledging customers. Food will be served to you cold and nasty. You won't even receive the bare minimum here. It's obvious that there's not a good manager at the location because there's no way I would've witnessed this behavior. These individuals have 0 accountability and that's a part of the problem with our society is the work ethic of Americans. Sad. Pathetic. Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere. PLEASE.

Promptly greeted at the intercom. I was in and out of the drive thru within 2 minutes. The food was freshly made and delicious.

At approximately 10:45 PM on November 14 Friday we pulled in the parking lot to check the dining room, but the door was locked so we went to thedrive-through to pick up a DoorDash order. They advised us to go to the third window so we waited there about 10 minutes. A school bus pulls in and everybody off the school bus walks into the store so I walked in trying to pick up the DoorDash order and the woman working the front counter says she can’t help me. She’s just dealing with the People off the school bus, but I saw a bag tied up like they always do for DoorDash and I asked her if that was my DoorDash and she told me I had to go through the drive-through which I had already been and they told me to go to the third window so I told her ma’am if the bags got John P on it that is my order if you could just look at it, you can hand it to me and then very rudely She says here just take it.
The receipt of my bag was printed at 10:34 when we pulled in we were the only customers in line and the lobby was locked so no one was inside either About eight minutes after we were there a carpool in behind us to the second window and they were trying to give them their food when I walked inside and my bag was just sitting there waiting getting cold.
I think something really has to be done about your store and the management and staff at this location. I hope you’re able to rectify the situation. That might be
