At approximately 10:45 PM on November 14 Friday we pulled in the parking lot to check the dining room, but the door was locked so we went to thedrive-through to pick up a DoorDash order. They advised us to go to the third window so we waited there about 10 minutes. A school bus pulls in and everybody off the school bus walks into the store so I walked in trying to pick up the DoorDash order and the woman working the front counter says she can’t help me. She’s just dealing with the People off the school bus, but I saw a bag tied up like they always do for DoorDash and I asked her if that was my DoorDash and she told me I had to go through the drive-through which I had already been and they told me to go to the third window so I told her ma’am if the bags got John P on it that is my order if you could just look at it, you can hand it to me and then very rudely She says here just take it.
The receipt of my bag was printed at 10:34 when we pulled in we were the only customers in line and the lobby was locked so no one was inside either About eight minutes after we were there a carpool in behind us to the second window and they were trying to give them their food when I walked inside and my bag was just sitting there waiting getting cold.
I think something really has to be done about your store and the management and staff at this location. I hope you’re able to rectify the situation. That might be

we just came from here its 10:25 pm the women wearing the red shirt im guessing the manager we cane and asked for the new chip a hoy frappe and she said the machine was down and just cause i told her the machine was is always down she got mad we pulled up to the window and when she gave my husband the food she slamed the window in my husbands face and it didnt even close and she walked away and said its always down while she was walking away very rude poor service!

Food was disappointing. Seems to have been cooked much earlier. The hamburger was the size of a biscuit. Fries were hard. And the order was not as ordered.

This is one of the worst Mcdonald’s in the county. Horrible wait times, the staffs attitudes are terrible. It doesn’t matter what time of day you go. I’ve been turned away before they even close saying they’re closing and can’t take any more orders. I’ve waited for over 40 minutes in a curbside slot with no food when the app says i’ve already gotten my food, and when you try to call they just immediately hang up. They also offer no form of resolution. When i’ve reached out about this all they say is “we’ve let our team know” when clearly that doesn’t make difference. McDonalds does not prioritize good service and it shows.
