    gave me the wrong drink. gave me cold food. money got wasted on stuff im not going to eat or drink. everytime i go to this dunkin rather than the one on 98, something is wrong with what i order. DONT GO HERE!

    I waited an hour for a dozen doughnuts. Normally food places will offer something free for waiting that long. We got the response “idk if we can do that.” Waiting an hour for a dozen is absurd. They had no one in the drive through or inside either.

    I got the food and all of a sudden it smells like there’s something burning. That’s because there was! It is charred and has a potent smell. It’s not even the right item either. It’s supposed to be a bagel.

    The lady in here today doesn't know how to mix the drinks properly. It tasted like watered-down milk with color. The syrup was stuck to the side and bottom of the cup. She got upset when the guy asked what was wrong with it. First off, stop adding extra milk to the cup!
