  First time being to a Dunkin Donuts. Pulled up to the drive thru first in line and was excited to get my kids a little afterschool Friday treat. Sat there for 10 mins with no response at drive thru. Finally pulled forward to the window to see what the deal was and the guy said that I must not have somehow set off the sensor ( the ordering box was literally in the middle of my vehicle). Guy rushed me out of the way to the back of the line, now 4 cars deep, telling me that I cannot order at the window. Sat in line for another 20 mins and order. When I get to the window, guy asks me “what did you order again”. I then place my order at the window. They tell me that they don’t have one item that I ordered. When I get home they just gave me a bunch of random shit. Had the audacity to be rude to me AND ask for a tip.

  I have to be honest I am a Dunkin girl! I literally run on Dunkin everyday! And although this is not my regular store that I visit I happen to just stop in today at this location because I was traveling back home from Louisiana to Florida and I had to go to the restroom and I wanted to get me a coffee to go. There were a lot of younger workers in there. And I hate to be that girl but this location was not very clean at all and it seems like the bathroom and dining area were neglected. I did see two workers in there two younger guys and there was orders coming in but nothing too crazy I think while we were there there was like two other people one in the drive-thru and one that had came in while we were inside. I would say that they need to pay attention to organization and cleaning. And possibly just work on some hospitality The guy was very respectful but that's about it. I know they're young and trying to figure things out but I mean it makes a difference when you're for one greeted when you come in and walking to a clean building.

  Young lady was pleasant but after she repeated my order, I did not get an iced black coffee with caramel swirl. She gave me something with cream that did not have ice in it instead, and no receipt... I was preoccupied and did not notice this until I was already on the road... I wonder if it was someone else's order that they did not get right... Definitely could not enjoy the coffee😔 Tried to call to let them know but voice mailbox is full so just leaving my feedback here... Hope that this does not happen again...

  This location is disgusting. Everything is sticky. They never have any donuts made. They are always out of new drink mixes. They're happy to advertise everything they NEVER have. Employees are super lazy and barely wait on you. Everything is thrown into a bag, never a box and you never get napkins either.

  Disgusting excuse for a Dunkin franchise horribly managed unprepared to safely serve food and beverage. Received rotten chunky creamer 3 times in the last week. Reached out to management twice they said it was fixed and sent me a gift card that they can stick you know where. And this morning still got chunky rotten creamer sour tasting coffee with a hint of cleaning products.... I'm calling the health department tomorrow. Do not eat or drink anything from this place I can tell you you WILL get sick. And WHEN their computer works for debit cards they have the audacity to ask you for a tip before they hand you your rotten coffee.. unbelievable that corporate Dunkin allows these individuals to Ruin their good name in this growing area. Please for the love of God shut this liability down.
