  I am the Assistant District Governor for local Rotary clubs and we partnered with this location on our purple pinky donut day distribution to wipe out polio! The staff had to prepare HUNDREDS of boxes of donuts for our region and have them ready for pick up at 5am. Not only did they deliver on their promise but their entire staff was friendly and ready to lend a helping hand!! Well done Daphne store staff!! And thank you for helping us to achieve our mission!

  I just went through the drive thru around 12pm on 4/13/2025 and the lady in the drive thru was incredibly rude. We spent a few minutes waiting to order and when we were ready, we said so. Their customer service was awful. We waited for another minute with no response and started pulling forward to go to the window because we thought they couldn't hear us. After pulling away, then they responded. We reversed and when we arrived at the window, all the woman said was the total, we paid, she handed our drinks out, and shut the window. I've worked in a drive thru before and I've never acted like that. I love dunkin but this is the worst experience I have had. My friends drink was missing about a quarter of it when it was handed to us.

  Never gotten poor service at this location. My drink is always made right, and tastes amazing. Today, Jay took my order and I have never had my drink taste this good before. I feel like I've ascended. All and all, I love getting my coffee here :)

  I get to the drive thru window and I had forgotten to put my order in at the speaker so I was told I needed to drive back around, which is totally fair. I decided to go inside instead since I had already been there for a whole, when I get inside someone comes to take my order and before he could even type it in the same woman that told me to pull around told him that my order needed to wait and he needed to finish helping her with the drive through orders. I stood there for 10 minutes like and idiot and then left. Bad service, mid food and a waste of time.
