Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
If you haven’t been to this whataburger location, you don’t know what you’re missing! Food is always fresh, establishment has been clean every time I visit and the atmosphere and staff are phenomenal

To start, I never do reviews but this location has messed up and pretty much played in my face so many times that I am over it. I hate to even complain but when I am paying $20+ for a meal and I can’t even get good food, that is absolutely ridiculous. The customer service in this store is beyond horrible and the way the employees cuss at one another is just disrespectful. I waited 15 minutes for 1 meal and didn’t even get an apology when I was handed my food. No mind was payed and the food was not even good. They have no desire to please any paying customers. It’s not worth my time, money, or effort to come to this whataburger anymore. I would rather drive to get the Texas experience than ever go to this Whataburger again.

Great... haven't been there in quote awhile.. had the breakfast burger combo with shake & other person had 2 burritos and shake.
All the food was hot crispy and good greasy. Had the blackberry dr. Pepper shake and it was just amazing. We both thought it was the best new flavor milkshake we've had in a long time.
Was at like 1030am ish 3/28/26...
