Went to get breakfast and told at the drive thru speaker that they couldn't take orders at the window that I had to come inside. When I pulled around to window there was no other customers inside.

we are from out of state and are otw home so we stopped here after a three hour drive. we all six got a single burger with fries, three just meat and cheese, one with just pickles, and two with everything on them. they got them all with everything on them, we were missing two fries, and a drink! usually i would admit that it was busy so that might’ve overwhelmed them, but when they remade the two burgers we asked them to, they got them wrong again! the workers were all rude except for the assumed manager, all zoned out and the woman that was working was chewing her gum the entire time we were there, as well as when talking to us.

First off using the restroom please make sure there is toilet paper as I didnt have any on neither roll inside. I only ordered fries and before I could finish I got nauseated so maybe it was me maybe they need to change the grease we will never know

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Wendy’s.
I ordered a grilled wrap, and it was served completely cold, not slightly warm, but literally cold. The cheese inside wasn’t even melted, which clearly shows it wasn’t freshly made or wasn’t heated properly. When I politely asked the staff to remake it or at least heat it up, they refused. No apology, no solution just a straight “no.” What made it even worse was seeing two kitchen employees with beards preparing food without any hair restraints or beard nets. That’s a serious hygiene issue and honestly unacceptable in any food place.
This is basic stuff: food should be served warm, and staff should fix obvious mistakes. Instead, I got cold, inedible food and zero customer service.
Definitely not coming back.

Cannot believe that a Corporate owned and managed Wendy's operates this way. Should be EMBARRASSED at what I experienced here last night. First off the guy in the kitchen, who has a ton of body hair was working in an open sleeveless shirt. No way that is up to code.
We ordered our food at the drive through, then when we got to the window they informed us they were out of fries. They STILL charged me for a large fry and replaced it with a warm vanilla frosty that was bubbling, and 4 cold chicken nuggets.
I got a spicy chicken sandwich meal, which was basically the only food I had received for my $13 order. This piece of chicken was so old and hard I couldn't even eat it. This thing had to have been sitting there for 3-4 hours. Lettuce was absolutely brown. DISGUSTING.
Absolutely embarrassing. Didn't even receive a receipt so I could give corporate the order number. Whoever is profiting money on this place needs to be fired, this is a branding nightmare. I'd love a refund if anyone in Corporate actually cares to do their job. I have no faith that this company will be around in 15 years.
