This was my worst experience at a Wendy's ever. The kid at the counter didn't know what to do when I didn't want a drink with my meal. The manager came and tried to upsell me the cold cream coffee. I paid an extra dollar. Then the manager comes and says they don't have any prepped. So he replaces that with a kids size ice cream. At this point I had not touched the bag the food or anything and I requested my money back. I guess I was refused that because the manager just looked at me like he was stupid.

Ordered my food and got told it would take a while because chicken nuggets were going to take awhile to make. Waited over 30 minutes then asked about my food. They had forgotten my food. After another 10 minutes I got my food. Got home and the chicken nuggets weren't in the bag. Multiple workers standing outside and who i believed to be the manager was hanging out with a group of people. Worker wasnt drinking but the people in the group were.
