  Well it happened again today. The last seven or eight times we've gone through the drive-thru, they say there's sweet and sour sauce in the bag when we ask. We never get the sauce even when we specifically ask them, they lie and say it's in the bag. I don't know anyone who likes their chicken nuggets without sauce. I guess we'll stop eating there until management can figure out who the liars are.

  This is the location in Cullman Alabama. We went through the drive-thru. But then we had to wait for our food along with four other vehicles. My wife went in to use the restroom while we waited. Store was disgusting. It was dirty, booths that you sit to eat the sink cushions were all ripped and worn out. The bathrooms were awful. If she had known that before we got our order we would have not eaten there. When we left and started down the highway we were eating our sandwiches which were Big Macs and found that they hardly had any Big Mac sauce on them and they were dry. Would not go back to this location.

  This is shit location. We order Uber eats all the time they never get the orders right always missing items. They can't get anything right if they tried.

  Hands-down, the worst McDonald’s in the history of McDonald’s they’re always rude and hiding in the back of the store they have a whole stack of trays but don’t believe in putting food on trays and just rude they need to fire the whole staff and start over absolutely disgusting
