Not only was my food incorrect the fries cold the food wrapped liked a toddler played in the ketchup bottle I am appalled by the low standard of service! Horrible manager who was unprofessional.

First they messed up 2 burgers by missing patties, food hasn’t been close to being decent and the last time i ran by the service wasn’t that great.

Ordered off the app, food was missing from the order, and one a the few things that showed up was missing the bacon that I had to pay extra for. I was told I had to call the main customer service number since it was an app order. That was an all together unpleasant experience itself. Was awarded a partial refund for the missing items, that didn't even cover the cost of the items, and nothing was done for my incorrect burger. Every time we place an order with the app, we have nothing, but problems, and the store will just say it isn't their problem even though it is entirely their fault
