Absolutely phenomenal service and food. The workers were professional and the food was just as good as the restaurant’s. Good job Josh and team. Two more weddings to go.
- GHGreg HittJan 2, 20265.0I use to live in Cullman and moved away almost 20 years ago. This is by far the best BBQ I've had anywhere in Alabama. There are a few on the Gulf Coast that are good, but not as good as Johnny's. I've had friends that drove over an hour to come here. Thank yall!

It was more than enough food and was great barbecue. Service is prompt and very friendly. This marks the second visit to have eaten here and I enjoyed both times. Looking forward to my next visit to Cullman so I can have lunch at Johnny's again.
- TTTimDec 7, 20251.0This is by far one of the most overrated restaurants I have ever been to. Their BBQ sucks. They hide that fact under what actually is a really good sauce. People brag about their stuffed potatoes, but it's really hard to screw up a stuffed potato - even at it's absolute worst it's still good. Get the BBQ on a plate and I promise you will be disappointed. No flavor. I couldn't stomach the BBQ last time I was there so I tried the catfish. It was also disappointing - overcooked and dry, with no flavor. I took a few bites and threw the rest away, then felt sick afterward. I won't be going back here anymore.
