Went to this Arby's tonight service was slow no customers inside and only 2 cars in the drive-through took about 20 minutes just for the food to be either be cold or tasts like it's a day old and microwaved. Also this was supposed to be a Ruben sandwich they apparently have the right bread.

We ordered $50 worth of food and the person we sent to pick it up didn't know what I ordered and only got a little bit of the order and when I called to me the girl on on the phone called me a liar said she gave he the food herself and when asked to describe the guy she gave food too she hung up on me and would not answer again the took my money I want my food and I'd like a apology from her also no one else just from her

This location closed at 8pm on a saturday night due to no closing staff showing up other than a shift manager COMPLETELY ALONE on a Saturday night. No GM or District Manager had been contacted so they were still taking online orders. Arbys app will not let you cancel ASAP orders and the shift manager informed us she could not cancel our order either or make it since their equipment is all off. This is a great way to steal people's money without them having a way to get a refund.
The Cherokee location helped us out tremendously with making this right and were VERY professional about it.
Whoever is the DM of the 157 location needs to check in on this store badly.

This Arby's was a pleasant surprise. Super clean, large restroom, friendly crew preparing our meal. Everything was fresh and warm. Recommend this location!
