Apparently they have kiosk now that you're supposed to order on but if you pay cash you have to pay at the register. So while I was waiting at the register three people ordered on the kiosk putting them ahead of me although they had just walked in the door the restaurant is not well cut
- TWTrevor WilsonFeb 25, 20261.0One of the worst Wendy's I've been to, first of all it wasn't busy at all, I walk in wait at the cash register then instead of just taking my order the lady tells me to just order from the kiosk. Then ask for my cups 3 times and they would just walk by like I wasn't trying to get their attention, I finally get my cup go to get something to drink and they are out of everything except fanta and sprite. I asked one lady if they had anything in the drive thru and was told they couldn't get it....I then forgot I was in Alabama where people have the worst manners. These are the people that want to get paid $15 dollars and hour but can't take an order or keep things stocked.

Ordered bbq sauce and ketchup. We received 2 bacon cheeseburgers with mayonnaise, lettuce, ketchup and tomatoes. No ketchup. No bbq sauce. This is twice in the last 2 visits.

We ordered 3 combos ($40), waited for our food at least 10 minutes. Fries were cold, burgers were all luke-warm with WAY too much ketchup. The worst Wendy’s meals were have ever had. We won’t be back.
