  Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes to get a damn taco and a drink just to go take a Pooh is crazy work

  Omg I have never been so disappointed in a taco Bell as I was just minutes ago in clanton Alabama. Food was quick but cinnamon bons very old and dry. Employees were rude and cussing behind the counter. When my food was ready it was thrown on the counter for with a here. When I asked for my drink manger side to just give her the cups with a very hateful tone when I told her it was one of there freezes they slammed it down when done I will never go back and will be advising everyone I know not to go who knows what else they have been allowed to do or say. They were not even busy.

  This was the worst Taco Bell Experience I have had. They had no beans and what I ordered called for a 5 layer bean burrito, and of course they needed to substitute the item and when I told a 5 layer beef burrito he said he could do that. He said he would have to make a 5 layer burrito without the beans. And my wife a kids tacos barley had any meat at all on them. So no I will not be back to this location.

  They can’t follow simple instructions. I told them no sour cream and they loaded it with sour cream. Simple instructions and can’t even do that. Then they took there phone off the hook so nobody can call and complain or get the food replaced
