  Ordered 4 milkshakes, sat for 15-20 before someone came out. When the guy came out he asked if we went through the drive thru and we said we did not we had been sitting here in the stall the whole time. He walked away. Waited for 5 more minutes. Seen the guy again and called him over, and asked him and he proceeded to assume we went through the drive thru and we did not. Sat for 30 minutes total waiting on 4 milkshakes. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend this sonic. Horrible wait times.

  We ordered the SONIC Brownie Batter Chocolate Chunk Blast and there was no brownie batter and just maybe 10-15 tiny chocolate “chunks”. Super disappointed.

  Definitely disappointed, this is one of the only fast food establishments I eat at. Sad to say this was the worst triple bacon smasher I've ever ate. Be awhile before I could even think of eating at Sonic again. I got a 2 double cheeseburgers instead of one triple and one double bacon smashers. It was like I spent $35 to eat out of the garbage. "Reply to Owner..." I will be right by there on Wednesday around 11 or 12 I'll stop in and see if things are better.

  I pulled up to sonic tonight at about 9:45 pm , I was told the system was down, and others were being served even after told the system was down. I waited about 20 to 30 minutes and noticed people were ordering through the drive-through so I proceeded to go through the drive-through and the lady on the mic/ car hopping Was very rude. When I was trying to understand the order, she made a big deal about not knowing it. My food was sloppy and it looked like it was true together by a five-year-old
