  Kimberly Joe and Reese have helped me several times in the drive thru they are always smiling fast to serve and caring they always get my order correct with the sauce ! They always sound warm and inviting on the headset and joes smile is the best ! It’s great to get off work and be treated with kindness and professionalism it really goes a long way customer service is always key ! They need to go to taco bells across America to show workers how to be ! Put them in your next commercial and raises for all lol :):)

  This is the third time I’ve ordered ahead on the app and the third time I’ve had to wait in the drive thru for 25+ minutes…..

  Very dirty and unorganized... No condiments.. apparently we're out... No forks. Cleaner outside. Bathroom dirty and unflushed toilets. Floors had stuff everywhere so it was sticky.. trash over flowing.

  Ashley is too sweet and so helpful! Always goes above and beyond to make anything right for me no questions asked and always makes sure to help me personally to ensure it’s made right! For years she has always made a difference in the company and is the reason I always return gladly! Big shoutout to Ashley! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves! She is outstanding! If you ever have a problem ask to speak to Ashley and she will make things right for you! She works nights and even if your mess up happened during the day she will still go above and beyond to make it right for you! Employees like her are golden to any company and make a huge difference.
